Don't Belong
I come to a place where I don't want to be here
I sit in a seat where I don't want to be seated
I talk to people I don't want to talk to at all
I hear things I don't want to listen to
I don't belong in this new home and trust me I want to go back to my old home
I eat some food that I don't want to eat
I drink juice that I don't want to drink
It tastes so wrong and homesick
I feel rough and hard wood in my new home,
Where I lie in my bed,
That hurts my skin and I want to take it out
I don't belong in this new home and trust me I want to go back to my old home

Reminiscence
Streaks of morning sun
Penetrate windows of sparkling glass
Walking down the halls
Experiencing the blur of a dream
I listen for you
Echoes pass me
A precious moment lingers
Time shimmers like a droplet of water

Take My Hand
Sometimes a waterfall
can sound like a drop
Cupid's got me in a choke hold
if that ain't round
then I don't know what food is.
My life changed when my
five killer panda pupils
ate a yellow lamborghini.

Untitled
I am a purple sunset who sets on 29
I am a square who's always fair
and almost always shares
all the time.
I am a white tiger who is fast
and slick as the wind
but I don't like math.
I do like shopping
`till I'm dropping
I'll always be popping
and never be stopping.

Coney Island
The waves crashing along the sandy shore
Every time there come more and more
I see the birds flying in the sky
And the babies cry and cry
To catch fish, I wind up the fishing line
The fish I catch is just mine
Before I leave,
the prize I receive,
I must go and retrieve!!!

My Room
My room is quiet and no one speaks
You don't even hear me, eating my twinkies.
My room is pink
But not my kitchen sink.
I listen to jazz on my stereo-not to the cars outside
And light my incense, for there is a smell I must hide.
I lay on my bed and dream of my groom
Can't wait until he is here inside my room.

Untitled
I used to be a waterfall
but now I am a red ruby
running away from a snake named Brice
The snake slithered and told his cheetah friend
that he could never have a shorty like his
I slide back
and sound like a splash
A puppy bit me 21 times
and I loved it
because it loves me.

My Neighborhood
Everyone is talking and moving about
When you talk to someone, you almost have to shout.
The trees talking
The people jogging
The dogs walkin'
And don't forget the playas ballin'
At night the wolves howl
At the full moon
Sometimes you wish
You could hit them with a shoe
My friend eating twinkies
Minding her bizness
She doesn't like her room
But she loves to talk about it

The Bahamas
I crave chocolate coated strawberries
while looking at your face, lying under the palm trees.

I know a place that is boring
and in that place you hear people snoring
once I get in, I start to weep
when I sit down to do some work, I just want to sleep.
I smell that strong lotion
that gives me that weird motion.
I get so annoyed-I hear gum popping
nonstopping.
I start to hear my teacher's voice like the adults in Charlie Brown,
I see her face and feel like getting out of town.

Love
Love is not a game
Love is true feelings within
Love is romantic
