Celebrating the Red, White and Blue
On July 4, 1776 the Declaration of Independence was signed, making this the birthday of the United States of America.
It all sounds so wonderful, so very simple. Yet I’m sure that there were many disagreements before the final draft was approved and signed.
The final result made history!
Today we celebrate the fruits and labor of those who fought for this nation. Across the country, the 4th of July is celebrated with parades, fireworks and many other festivities.
Words to live by:
We hold these truths to be self-evident,that all men are created equal,that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
