Did you know that both Michelle Obama and Eleanor Roosevelt have used the White House lawn to show the value of gardening through tough times? First Lady Michelle Obama is not only sending a message of gardening though tough times, she is clearly showing our nation the importance of eating healthy.
Health magazine recently reported that the University of Arkansas found that people who garden at least once a week have higher bone density than those who swim, jog, walk or do aerobics.
While gardening you will not only harvest a beautiful garden, you will be harvesting a healthier and happier you!
