Learn to Read @The Library is an innovative educational program for beginning adult readers and writers, offering resources and instruction through volunteer tutors and technology-assisted learning.

Car:
From Manhattan - Brooklyn Bridge and left onto Tillary, then right onto Flatbush Avenue. Or take Manhattan Bridge, which turns into Flatbush Ave.

From Brooklyn and Queens - BQE (Brooklyn Queens Expressway) to Tillary exit. Take a left onto Flatbush Ave.

All approaches - Follow Flatbush Avenue about two miles to enter traffic circle around Grand Army Plaza. Central Library is on the far side of traffic circle.
