Books, DVDs, internet use - you can access it all with your new ABC card.

And to make sure you have greater access to our most popular items, we've changed some of our borrowing periods and policies, including:

• New seven-day borrowing periods for DVDs, videos, CDs and magazines
• New ID requirements for getting a library card
• A new "Express Reads" collection of bestsellers and reading group favorites at every library location
• The fine limit has been reduced to $15.00 to retain borrowing privileges
• The borrowing limit has been reduced from 99 items to 50 items
• There is now a maximum of 50 renewals on all items
